I’m so tickled you’ve landed on my page! I’m Coach Hannah, a Certified Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle Coach.
I have been a coach since June of 2021, and I absolutely love providing accountability, encouragement and a outside perspective for Trim Healthy Mama’s.
A bit about me:
I grew up eating what I liked and not thinking much about it or my weight.
When I was in my late teens, I started doing housesitting jobs for people. I had done lots of baking growing up, but not much cooking. So instead of my mom’s home cooked meals, I was eating a lot more convenience food while house sitting, and looking back, I think this is when I put on a bit of weight.
At some point, I decided I needed to start eating healthy. I was never really overweight, but at one point I did lose 20 pounds, through restrictive measures, mind you, and my body very clearly told me it didn’t like being that skinny.

Long story short, I spent the next ten years hopping from one food trend to the next. I did improve my health, but I became obsessed with the scale and getting the number as low as possible. Eventually I ended up eating low carb and this tanked my metabolism, making it very difficult to not gain weight.
Just like Serene and Pearl say will happen if you go the low carb/Keto route, I then had to start doing intermittent fasting. I would shoot for one or two meals a day and felt like a failure if I ate too much.
I weighed myself multiple times a day and would take my scale along on trips, because it would be a catastrophe if I went to someone’s place and their scale weighed me at a pound more than mine did, you know.

Then I found Trim Healthy Mama!
Some people say Trim Healthy Mama is restrictive because of S and E rules, not being able to combine fats and carbs all the time if desiring weight loss, or having to avoid refined carbs and sugar.
Sister, let me tell ya, coming from a low carb, intermittent fasting, scale obsessed, avoid all dairy and gluten background, THM was ANYTHING but restrictive.
IT WAS FOOD FREEDOM!
I ordered the plan book and both cookbooks and dove in head first. And I’ve never looked back. I have now been doing THM for 3 1/2 years, and I have no intentions of stopping! [I have never stuck with anything this long.]
My metabolism revved up to full speed by incorporating healthy carbs and separating fuels. I could eat three square meals a day and a snack and not only not gain weight, I could even lose weight!
My sugar cravings are GONE!! I can look a regular dessert square in the face and not flinch or waver. Lol. Gone are the days of the sugar binge, overeat and restrict cycle.
After doing THM for about a year, I threw my scale in the garbage and haven’t weighed myself since. I don’t think everyone has to take this drastic of a step, but for me it was the right thing. It has set me free to enjoy my food, and to go by how my clothes fit and how I feel, rather than a frustrating number on the scale that bounces up and down as a part of life.

I was so passionate about Trim Healthy Mama that I decided to become a coach. It blesses me so much to be able to help ladies on their own unique THM journeys.

1:1 Coaching

6 Weeks 1:1 Trim Healthy Mama Coaching $149
What you will get:
-Food log reviews and suggestions for tweaks. It’s great having a outside eye looking at what you are eating and seeing areas you might need to work on. I require 1:1 clients to use the Ate app. This does cost a small fee, but is the most convenient for me and easy to use. Being able to see your food log is the single most important way I can help you, so be sure you are committed to taking the time to snap a picture and record what you eat. This also keeps you accountable.
-Access to me via What’s app text Monday – Friday for encouragement, SOS help, and questions. You can still text me on the weekends but I will only answer if I have time. I need to recharge to be of best service to you!
-Three educational posts per week on What’s app. This will be things like THM education, THM encouragement and recipes.
-A downloadable Client Resource Guide full of PDF’s to help you on your journey. You will receive progress trackers, a blank menu chart, THM info PDF’s, as well as lists like grab-and-go snacks, FP drinks, sippers and information to support your journey. If you ever feel like a specific list or chart would be helpful for you, let me know and I will make it for you!

-Help setting goals and small challenges.
-Free access to any Facebook group coaching sessions I run that start during your coaching time.
-I give you the option do do a initial phone call one week into coaching where I go over questions I may have from your sleuth form answers, and dig more into your background with THM and your goals moving forward and steps to reach those goals. You can also feel free to ask for a call at anytime throughout coaching, or I will set one up if I feel there is something better discussed in a call than via text. If you opted out of the initial call, I will assume you prefer not doing calls at all.
-I do not menu plan. Wink. That is just a whole other ball game that I’m not into at the moment. However, I will send you three fuel type week long menu guides, that suggest what fuel to have for each meal. There will be a easier beginner guide, and two intermediate guides.



6 Week Trim Healthy Mama Group Coaching
